About our Values

The OLI is predicated upon the idea that great teaching derives from a shared understanding of our values. To that end, each cohort of the program spends a substantial amount of time on identifying and defining the core values of a liberal arts & sciences education. Each year, our value library grows and changes and new cohorts further expand upon and refine the work done by those who have gone before. You can read more about the established OLI values here.

Meet the Cohorts

Since spring 2011, the OLI has brought together a team of faculty to work together as they develop a deeper understanding of online learning and transform one of their own courses. Read more about our current cohort here Read more about past cohorts here
